With over 25 years experience in the Hospitality Industry, Chef Marcel worked his way around the World, taking waiter and bartending courses and was a Chef apprentice. Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing in Blue River, Canada, is just one of the many positions, the influence of working under world-class chefs Toni Spoeri and James McDermott is still felt in the preparation of each meal. Marcel has had many years of experience providing high-quality customer service in culinary establishments as a restaurant owner, manager and gourmet Chef. After closing „Marcel`s Boulevard Cafe“ in 2013, he is Passionate about travelling the world, food, Whisky, Cigars, and Wine.
