Thai Vegetable wrap!
This is one of my favourite dishes, simple to make and is easy to make into lots of different meals.
My main ingredients are Carrot, Broccoli, Onions, Peppers, Mushrooms, Bok Choy, Sui Choy, Bean Sprouts, Snow Peas, fresh Ginger. Add the Vegetables to a hot skillet with a little bit of oil, holding the Bok Choy, Sui Choy and Bean sprouts back. Adding Sweet red Chili sauce to the mix and let it simmer until your vegetables are done. At the end add the remaining Veggies and give it one more good stir.
Put the mix on to a Tortilla wrap (warmed) and roll it up. I would serve it with a nice cup of soup or a fresh salad.
Optional:
It is very easy to add either Tiger prawns, Chicken or Beef to this dish.
And if you want to make a dinner out of it add Noodles or Rice to it.
